Please note that we cannot run this competition without judges. Each club to provide at least one judge for every 10 gymnasts. If clubs cannot provide the required judges, they must pay $20 per gymnast for every gymnast for whom a judge is not provided. Example – if 15 gymnasts enter plus 1 judge, club must pay $20 for each of the 5 gymnasts. Music will be submitted by Dropbox. After entries close a drop box link will be shared to the email address on the entry form. Naming format: • Individuals: First Name, Surname, Apparatus, Level • Group: Group Name, Grade, Same/Mixed The timetable will be advised as soon as possible after the closing date. This will be emailed to the address your club used to submit your entry form Refunds will only be given upon receipt of a medical certificate.
